Payroll Business Solutions now recruiting

We would like to hear from people who are looking for a challenging and exciting role with a growing payroll software and services company. We are currently expanding our team of payroll implementation consultants and payroll bureau administrators and are looking for the following payroll professionals:

PAYROLL CONSULTANT

Job Duties & Description

Salary: 25-35 K PA
Full-time
Permanent
Industry sectors: payroll software implementation services 

  1. Implementing Windows payroll software systems for new clients with 500+ employees.
  2. Taking part in software demonstrations for prospective clients (Usually on client sites)
  3. Providing end user support and consultancy for existing customers.
  4. Writing end-user documentation.

Skills Required: Must be flexible, able to work independently and as part of a small dedicated team, full driving licence and own car, be prepared to travel throughout the country, a commitment to professional development and long term involvement in the company. Good organizational and communication skills. Must be very proficient in IT. Macro Programming Experience e.g. VBA & Previous payroll experience very desirable.

PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR

Job Duties & Description

Salary: 16-20 K PA
Full-time
Permanent
Industry sectors: payroll services 

  1. Responsible for day to day running of payroll for bureau clients using Accord Payroll software.
  2. Deal with all PAYE, NI, SSP, SMP, and Attachment of earnings, Pension deduction, Starters/Leavers etc.
  3. Deal with employee/Inland Revenue queries and liaise with all level of client personnel.
  4. Accord Payroll software and database maintenance.

Skills Required: Must have good knowledge of Accord Payroll, working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Crystal Reports reporting, DLL-Basic scripting, be flexible, able to work independently and as part of a small dedicated team. The person should have either 3 years experience in the similar field or bachelor degree in accounting or computer science. Good communication and organizational skills are essential.
