Payroll Business Solutions has successfully achieved ISO certification for Quality Management.

Payroll Business Solutions are delighted to announce that they have successfully achieved ISO accreditation for Quality Management (ISO 9001:2015). The certification was awarded by The British Assessment Bureau on 22 December 2016.

Payroll Business Solutions is a provider of end to end payroll solutions, offering both on-premise and hosted payroll software along with fully managed payroll bureau services. Our Accord Payroll Software system complies with all RTI requirements and is HMRC Recognised. The system also incorporates Auto Enrolment functionality. As Microsoft and Sybase partners, and a Bacs Approved Bureau, ISO 9001 certification adds to our already impressive list of accreditations.

Payroll Business Solutions prides itself on being a fully independent payroll software and service provider, able to offer comprehensive solutions built and managed by high calibre payroll professionals.

ISO 9001 is the international standard for quality management processes and systems (QMS). The standard is a powerful business improvement tool and an assurance to clients that they can expect excellent standards of service.

Compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards formalises our long-standing commitment to consistent customer satisfaction through the application of the highest possible standards of professional practice and governance in all our activities.

The international standards achieved will act as strategic tools and guidelines, helping Payroll Business Solutions to tackle the most demanding challenges of modern business, and ensuring that our wider business operations are as streamlined and efficient as possible.

ISO 9001 also lays the groundwork for the next step in our certification journey: ISO 27001. This further standard covers information security management. Our procedures in this critical area of professional practice are already of a very high standard and we expect to achieve 27001 certification by early summer 2017.
